b. Explore the Applications identified for integrations with Identity Governance and Administration. c. Understand the current process and pain points on manual provisioning and de-provisioning of identities in these applications and explore the feasibility of to Automate User Life Cycle Management. d. Explore real time roles within the organization to be used for Role Management in IGA solution e. Explore the possible Segregation of Duties that could be required and check their feasibility f. Probe Applications Entitlements, permissions, access controls and groups within the applications.
g. Compliance and Reporting possibilities with the current real time requirements h. Self Service capabilities – New/Elevated access request via Workflow and the approval hierarchy. i. Probe Rule and Role Discovery and Engineering. j. Scope of improvement in the current tool and recommendations • Experience on Migration projects for Microsoft Azure using Azure AD Connect • Deploying solution on Hybrid environments to support both cloud and on-premise identity solution. • Deployment experience on Single Sign on solutions on premise users • Integrate Web apps (Cloud and On-premise Apps) on Azure environment with OAuth , WS-Fed, OIDC , SAML Based authentication • Enabling Modern Auth with MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) for Web apps and Office 365 and mail client • Creating Conditional access policy with MFA for Cloud as well as On-premises applications • Hands on experience on Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) for multiple applications • Configuring Automatic user provisioning with appropriate role assignment as per the application using Azure console • Configuring Azure application proxy for native application. • Managing various Application connectors on OKTA • Create and manage RBAC policies on OKTA • Onboarding of applications into OKTA using various conditional access polices and authorization policies. Other Responsibilities / Deliverables: • Good customer communication skills, work with Lead/Architect resources on daily jobs. Should be good with ITIL process for customer support work, manage the customer communication, work on assigned tickets on NetIQ, weekly task reports to lead, regular compliance reporting work to lead, Report generation of different requirements shared by customer. • Lead resource, escalation management with customer, RCA management, on-call support your customer out of office hours, should be working in 16x5 shift on rotation basis.
