Required Skills and Experience:-

• Bachelors degree business/marketing/or technical sciences or a related field with a minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in information security, delivering security programs and providing security services, or a Masters degree in comparable field with 3+ years of comparable experience
• Business development in consultancy or managed services
• Experience of managing budgets and delivering margin
• Advanced skill-set for gathering requirements
• Writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, submitting commercial proposals
• Expertise to work on executive presentations, HubSpot CRM and other sales focused automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Skills and ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
• Experience working in non-BFSI industry (Experience in cybersecurity is preferred)
• Developing relationships with external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of key drivers of change within your relevant industry segment
• Ability to deal at all levels engaging stakeholders at board and executive level

Key Responsibilities:

• Role is for India/International Geography.
• Drive end to end sales cycles including lead generation, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation and account receivables
• Develop a consulting and a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders, executive sponsors.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis and convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales quota/target
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, delivery and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the services according to client needs and objectives
• Developing the strategy for growth by identifying key markets, capabilities and offerings required now and in the future to meet the demands of your client group
• Ensure the development of the customer relationships, developing enduring relationships with customers and strategic partners
• Provide professional leadership to the wider CDS team
• Go extra mile to make it a great experience for the client and build a great organization with a get-things-done attitude
• Provide monthly updates against the business performance metrics
• Develop the pipeline for specific business area
• Perform independent reviews of bids and programs where appropriate Carry out the quality release reviews of client deliverables
• Financial analysis; Trend analysis and reporting against Consulting performance metrics
• With the Management Team, identify opportunities to expand the scope of the existing offers or to develop new sector offers for clients
• Work throughout the BL to understand and promote wider BL capabilities
• Utilize the wider Thales network to ensure market penetration and growth
• Develop the portfolio of consulting offerings and the strategy/resources (including supporting business cases) needed to develop them
• Manage the IPR and toolsets that underpin the offerings
• Develop and implement new offerings and solutions, based on feedback from clients and market demand
• Develop intellectual property, tools and processes as required to support and differentiate the business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced in the development of value propositions, proposals and bids
• Able to develop, coach and mentor colleagues and team members
• Cyber Security Experience
• Experience in one or more of the following markets; BFSI, Telecom, IT/ITES
• Strong Academic Qualifications Post Graduate desirable
