JOB DESCRIPTION - INFOSEC INTERN Be part of a team working on groundbreaking education-technology products, which are critical to the success of not just the company but the next generation of students and the broader education community. The ideal person for this role is a person who possesses in-depth knowledge of web, mobile and cloud security testing. One who is eager to acquire knowledge, original and creative in thinking, and loves to collaborate with other teams to drive the company forward. As part of the Technology Team in XSEED, you will be responsible for participating in our product development from ideation to deployment and beyond, and then working as part of a team to execute new features or products. You will work with a team of brilliant tech leaders and developers to produce engaging and life-changing web and mobile applications, which will be used by students, parents and teachers all over the globe. You will have the freedom to experiment with and adopt new technologies, implement new team best practices, engage with end-users to get direct feedback and gain leadership experience. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Conduct penetration testing on web and mobile applications Test applications, cloud servers/services and identify vulnerabilities Work with the technology team to fix vulnerabilities Create audits / standards for InfoSec Assist QA team in testing applications and services

REQUIREMENTS ● Familiarity with OWASP Web and Mobile application security standards/guidelines Experience testing web and mobile applications against OWASP standards Familiarity with penetration testing software like Burp Suite Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills B. Tech / M. Tech in any Engineering discipline or BCA / MCA
