Infrastructure Level 1 (L1):

*  Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols.
* Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix.  
* Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
* Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
*  Experience with using Qualys for vulnerability scanning and management.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to escalate issues appropriately
