Role Overview: We are seeking a Pentest Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and effecient delivery of Pentests. Your goal will be to ensure that every project is executed smoothly within timelines & with the highest quality. Pentests are core to our offering & thus this will be a very high impact role. You’ll be working very closely with the Security team, Customer Success team & the CXOs.

Your Mission: * Lead & manage the delivery of top-notch Pentests ensuring a seamless, high-quality process from start to finish. * Build a transparent delivery management process ensuring that all the stakeholders (customers, customer success, security) have the required information at all stages. * Timelines, Quality & Transparency are the three main metrics we want to excel on. * Get into the battlefield whenever required by firing on Astra’s vulnerability scanner or Burp to quickly run a few checks whenever required on internal or customer calls. * Be a bridge between our security & customer success teams. Translate technical security requirements to business language & impact and vice versa. * Stay updated with latest developments in the security industry.

Requirements * Strong foundation in Cyber Security, especially in Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Assessment. CISM, CISSP or other security certifications would be preferred. * Proven experience in managing complex projects & software deliveries. Certifications like PMP, Agile, CPM, CSM, PRINCE2 are a big plus. * Stellar written & oral communication skills with the ability to decode technical jargon into simple but effective language. * Key attention to detail, nothing slips past you. * Calm under pressure with an ability to turn issues into opportunities. * And the most important: Customer Obsession.
