Roles & Responsibilities Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and best practices. Knowledge on PIM/PAM architectures (ARCON, CyberArk, Delinea) Proficiency in deploying and managing ARCON PAM or similar privileged access management solutions. Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies. Experience in implementing and managing security controls, such as access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to detect and respond to security incidents. Creating the request Workflows as per the customer requirement. Password management of various devices onboarded in Arcon PAM (Windows, SSH Linux, MySQL, Oracle etc) Provisioning the service access to the user and assigning the Privileges in the tool. Creating the command profiler and restrict the users to enhance security. Strong knowledge on types of logs in PAM MFA concepts Account On-boarding of various platforms (Windows, Unix, Oracle, etc..) in Arcon PAM. Implementing LDAP integration with Arcon. Creating and onboarding the users in Arcon. Creating new Users,LOB and mapping the users with required authorizations. SMTP configurations for automated reports Secret and vault server knowledge of PAM technology. Good communication skills and able to handle customer meetings. Should be able work on 24/7 rotational shifts and as a L1 support. Should be able to perform the PAM application upgradations.
