Job Title: Cybersecurity Trainer Location: Mumbai or Pune Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Ethical Hacking Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity, with expertise in ethical hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies. As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs that equip participants with the practical skills to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in Cybersecurity, tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, attack vectors, and security best practices. Conduct pre-training assessments to gauge the knowledge levels and learning objectives of participants. Customize training materials, including labs, exercises, and simulations, to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Provide hands-on instruction in areas such as network security, incident response, secure coding, and security awareness. Demonstrate real-world scenarios and practical exercises to reinforce learning and skills development. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, labs, and participant feedback, and continuously enhance training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development and participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CCSP are a plus. Minimum 1 year practical experience in Ethical Hacking, preferably in a consulting or training capacity. In-depth knowledge of hacking techniques, penetration testing methodologies, and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10). Proficiency in using ethical hacking tools and platforms (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and create a positive learning environment.
