1. Your expertise in the security domain and contribution to the security community is the primary qualification. Professional experience in information technology/information security/risk consulting is advantageous.

2. Understanding of the Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM) is required - https://www.isecom.org/OSSTMM.3.pdf.

3. Both verbal and written English skills are required (excellent documentation and communication skills). Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.

4. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience are required. The candidate should have good business acumen. You'll need to be ready to learn new things.

5. The candidate should have the ability to work in a team. The candidate should be confident and possess a customer-oriented appearance.
